⚠ Important Disclaimer

This tool generates numbers for entertainment and convenience only. DigitHelm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any lottery operator, including Powerball, Mega Millions, EuroMillions, Viking Lotto, UK National Lottery, or Irish Lottery.

Generated numbers are produced using the browser's crypto.getRandomValues() API (cryptographically secure). However, no number combination is more or less likely to win — all combinations have exactly equal probability. Past results have no influence on future draws.

Lottery rules, pool sizes, and draw schedules may change. Always verify current rules on the official lottery website before purchasing tickets. Lottery games involve financial risk. Please play responsibly. If gambling is affecting your life, seek help at ncpgambling.org (USA) or BeGambleAware.org (UK/Europe).

What Is the Lottery Number Generator?

Lottery draws select k numbers from a pool of n without replacement. Every possible combination has exactly equal probability. The number of possible jackpot combinations equals C(n, k) × bonus pool size. For EuroMillions that is C(50,5) × C(12,2) = 139,838,160 unique tickets.

Formula

C(n, k) = n! / (k! × (n−k)!) — combinations without replacement

How to Use

Select a lottery from the grid — Powerball, Mega Millions, EuroMillions, Viking Lotto, UK Lotto, or Irish Lotto. Choose how many lines to generate (1, 3, 5, or 10). Click Generate. Tap the Info button on the lottery card to see official draw days, jackpot odds, and a link to the official lottery website.

Example Calculation

EuroMillions: select EuroMillions, choose 3 lines, click Generate. You will receive 3 sets of 5 main numbers (1–50) each paired with 2 Lucky Stars (1–12), exactly matching the official EuroMillions draw format. Viking Lotto: select Viking Lotto to get 6 main numbers (1–48) plus 1 Viking Number (1–8).

Understanding Lottery Number Generator

This lottery number generator supports six major international lotteries with correct, verified draw formats:

• Powerball (USA) — 5 from 1–69 + Powerball 1–26. Jackpot odds: 1 in 292 million. • Mega Millions (USA) — 5 from 1–70 + Mega Ball 1–25. Jackpot odds: 1 in 302 million. • EuroMillions (Europe) — 5 from 1–50 + 2 Lucky Stars from 1–12. Jackpot odds: 1 in 139 million. Played across 17 European countries. • Viking Lotto (Scandinavia) — 6 from 1–48 + 1 Viking Number from 1–8. Jackpot odds: 1 in 98 million. Drawn every Wednesday across 9 Nordic and Baltic countries. • UK Lotto — 6 from 1–59 + Bonus Ball from the remaining numbers. Jackpot odds: 1 in 45 million. • Irish Lotto — 6 from 1–47 + Bonus from the remaining numbers. Jackpot odds: 1 in 10 million.

All generation uses the browser's crypto.getRandomValues() API with rejection sampling to eliminate modulo bias — every number has a mathematically equal chance of selection. No Math.random() is used.

Generate 1, 3, 5, or 10 lines per click. Copy results to the clipboard or export as CSV. The history panel shows your last 4 sessions so you can compare or re-use previous lines.

Important: Lottery play involves financial risk. No system or tool can improve your odds. Play responsibly. Lottery rules and pool sizes can change — always verify on the official lottery website before purchasing tickets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does generating random numbers improve my odds of winning?

No. Every combination of lottery numbers has exactly the same probability of being drawn. There is no strategy, system, or algorithm that can improve your odds. The jackpot probability is always 1 divided by the total number of combinations — for example, 1 in 139,838,160 for EuroMillions.

How is EuroMillions generated?

EuroMillions uses two separate number pools: 5 main numbers drawn from 1–50, and 2 Lucky Stars drawn independently from 1–12. This tool generates both correctly using separate cryptographically secure draws — earlier versions that generated only one Lucky Star were incorrect.

How does Viking Lotto work?

Viking Lotto (Vikinglotto) is played across Scandinavia and the Baltic states. Players pick 6 numbers from 1–48 and 1 Viking Number from a separate pool of 1–8. The jackpot odds are 1 in 98,172,096. Draws take place every Wednesday. See vikinglotto.com for official rules.

What is the Bonus Ball in UK Lotto and Irish Lotto?

The Bonus Ball is drawn from the same pool of numbers as the main draw but must be one of the numbers not already selected. It is used only to determine second-prize winners (5 main numbers + Bonus Ball). This tool correctly ensures the Bonus Ball is never a duplicate of the 6 main numbers.

Is this tool affiliated with any lottery operator?

No. DigitHelm is entirely independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Powerball, Mega Millions, EuroMillions, Viking Lotto, the UK National Lottery, Irish Lottery, or any other lottery organisation. Always verify results on the official lottery website.

How are the numbers generated — is it truly random?

Yes. All numbers are generated using window.crypto.getRandomValues() — the browser's cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generator (CSPRNG). This avoids the statistical weaknesses of Math.random() and uses unbiased modulo rejection sampling to ensure every number in the pool has exactly equal probability of selection.
